Need Help Identifying Tables for Custom Oracle Audit Report with Product, Business Object Type

Summary:
Hello Oracle Community,

I'm trying to build a custom audit report similar to Oracle's standard audit output with the following columns:

• User
• Product
• Event Type
• Business Object Type
• Description
• Attribute
• Old Value / New Value
• Multiple Context Name/Value pairs (Context Name 1-4, Context Value 1-4)

Like here I wanted to also fetch the Product LOV content and Business object type based on that in BIP report I am not able to get the table or column from were I can fetch those.

Has anyone implemented a similar audit report? Any guidance on the table structure or sample queries would be greatly appreciated.
