Drop down menu length adaptation in "add a..." sections

in Human Capital Management

Summary:

Currently experimenting in the Add a Pending Worker section and noticed that for Legal Employer the Drop down box extends awkwardly long past the two options (see screenshot).

Is there any way to adjust this? Would look better if it was half the size.
