Unable to associate coverage plans/entitlements for subscription type products in Oracle SM

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We created sample product in Oracle instance of subscription type. However, we have a business requirement, where we need to set coverage plans/templates with that subscription type product at in PIM.

We've tried to set the coverage template, but the section in the 'Service' subtab seems greyed out.


Need your assistance to get rid of this issue.
