Skill Type filter in team skills center defaults to Core

Summary: We are trying up change the default from Core to All or rename the values in the list of the filter. Can anyone advise if this is possible or not?

This is becoming an issue with our implementation of Dynamic Skills.

If we can't change the default from Core to All is there a way to rename Core to another value?
