We have built a direct integration between ARCS and GL for several COA but for each we have built an integration in Data Exchange with the entered category as well as functional category which applies to the currency considering we want the balances entered in multiple currencies to fall into the Entered columns and the converted amounts to EUR to fall in the Functional EUR column

So in conclusion the screen below.

We have only 2 currency buckets = entered and functional and are not using reporting

We are also not using the translation feature in the data load definition and have not defined any rates in ARCS considering we want converted amounts to be interfaced from GL.
