Fusion Field Service Custom Filter (with dynamic field values) not returning result on Activity List
Hi,
Observed different behavior on Ad hoc and Custom Filters on Activity list in Dispatcher Console.
- Ad hoc Filter with two Fields: Activity Status and Time Slot
If Activity Status is populated (For e.g.: Pending) and Time Slot is kept blank/not selected, the ad hoc filter returns result with all the Activities with Pending status and do not consider Time slot for filtering.
2. Custom Filter with two Fields: Activity Status and Time Slot
Similar behavior with custom filter (with dynamic field values for Activity Status and Time Slot) do not return any result if applied for Activity Status as Pending and Time Slot as empty.
