Unable to see options to filter Knowledge Articles by Category, Product, and Locale in Redwood KM

Hello,
We are using Knowledge Management in the Redwood UI and have noticed that the usual filtering options are missing on the Knowledge Search (My Knowledge) page.
Specifically, we are unable to see filters for:
- Category
- Product
- Locale
We have come across a few Oracle Community posts where these filter options appear to be available in Redwood UI. However, in our environment, we are not able to see or enable these filters.
Could anyone please help us understand:
- Whether these filters need to be explicitly enabled/configured, or
- If there are specific roles, privileges, or setups required to make them visible in Redwood Knowledge Search?
