We wantto control the visibility of Contract Types based on Legal Entity rather than Country Tags

We are currently using the standard Contract Type lookup, where contract types can be controlled using Country Tags.

 

We have received a requirement from the countries to control the visibility of Contract Types based on Legal Entity rather than Country Tags, as there are multiple legal entities within the same country and each entity requires a different set of contract types.

 

Has anyone come across a similar requirement in Oracle HCM? If so, could you please share how it was addressed, or whether there is a standard solution available to restrict Contract Types by Legal Entity instead of Country?

 

Any guidance, recommendations, or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
