Provide leadership in the use and administration of Marketing Automation Systems. Be a power user for the rest of the European marketing team.
§ Partner with product focused teammates to design and deliver email strategies to support continued lead and funnel growth for Cognex product lines.
§ Provide data analysis and reporting to measure all aspects of data quality, email performance, program effectiveness and funnel performance.
§ Monitor, consult, and provide reporting on campaign performance, best practice and lesson learned
§ Drive new campaigns to support product focused messaging and funnel generation targets
§ Introduce lead nurturing and email testing practices to achieve desired results.
§ Research new components, add ones, processes and automated data services and work with marketing team and IT/vendors to organize and prioritize enhancement requests, issues and deploy custom design of the system
§ Monitor database health, ensure data quality of sales and marketing database and drive ongoing data quality initiatives
§ Assist with developing strategies and solutions for improving campaign performance
§ Implement and manage a corporate subscription service that allows customers and prospects to subscribe to relevant topics and information
§ 7+ years of B2B Marketing experience, preferably in technology
§ 5+ years of developing and executing email marketing strategies and campaigns
§ Strong marketing planning, reporting, analysis and presentation skills required
§ Hands on experience with CRM campaign development, analysis and execution
§ Excellent campaign content development experience
§ Exceptional content writing skills
§ Marketing Automation experience a plus
§ Eloqua experience a plus
§ Bachelor Degree in Marketing or other related field
§ Strong communicator (verbal and written) with fluent English & German. Other European language would be an advantage.
§ Organized self-starter, quick learner, who can manage projects independently
§ Culturally sensitive and curious
