* Sharing best practices and strategy to inform the optimal use of the platform(s).
* Providing value-add in terms of hints and tips to make using the platform easier and more enjoyable.
* Facilitating a forum to network with other customers and share challenges and ideas.
The program strongly supports the Protect and Expand Sales Play for our Install Base (Eloqua, Responsys and RightNow customers).
