Sensitive Audience Guidelines

Version 2
Visibility: Open to anyone

The Sensitive Audience Guidelines outline the official PS&L policy and mandatory data restrictions for private and public taxonomies in Oracle Data Cloud (ODC). Oracle may decline to receive segments or remove segments at any time if the segment is in violation of the Sensitive Audience Guidelines.

The Sensitive Audience Guidelines provide guidelines for the classification (naming conventions) of sensitive data elements created by the Oracle Data Cloud (ODC). The goal of these Sensitive Audience Guidelines is to facilitate a consistent application of our sensitive data standards for the first and third party segments created by Oracle or our data partners.  If there are elements that create doubt as to whether they would fall under any of the restrictions mentioned in the guidelines, please consult with Compliance team and, if necessary, the team will escalate to P&S Legal and Product.
