In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the entire Legal business – managing and executing marketing campaigns, leveraging the marketing automation tool, Eloqua. Your contributions will play a critical role in lead generation, filling the sales pipeline and ultimately leading to sales.

Job Requirements

  • Manage the production and execution of demand generation and customer retention marketing campaigns
  • Produce a high volume of one-off, multi-asset and automated campaigns

Qualifications

Experience

  • 1-3 years of overall experience related to marketing automation
  • 1-3 years’ experience in demand generation, lead nurturing and drip campaigns
  • 1-3 years’ experience in email deployment and campaign management

Knowledge/Skills

  • Solid understanding of demand generation best practices
  • Hands-on experience using a marketing automation platform (preferably Eloqua)

Responsibilities

 

Intergraph Process Power & Marine, part of Hexagon, is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation / CRM Specialist to join our global marketing production team. This role focuses on technical project management of the marketing automation development lifecycle in an agile environment including: requirements gathering, design/development, testing, configuration, and advanced administration. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the integration between the MAP and CRM, data integrity, and some day-to-day CRM functions. The successful candidate will have technical expertise with marketing automation, experience building and supporting global programs, and the curiosity to test and improve campaign performance. This role will be a power user of marketing automation and CRM systems.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Administer global marketing automation platform (Eloqua 10) including day-to-day maintenance and system support.
  • Administer Marketing Automation Governance meetings with regional admins and internal stakeholders.
  • Routinely collaborate with Global SFDC Administrator on troubleshooting, integration and dashboards.
  • Champion the quality of data in our marketing automation platform and CRM system; collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure required data is captured at all customer touch points.
  • Maintain general Eloqua housekeeping standards such as managing, auditing, and overseeing directory folder structures and asset naming consistency. Continually improve and optimize the contacts in the database.
  • Work with program managers and business development teams to translate marketing requirements into functional campaigns within marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Design, build and execute marketing campaigns and components (i.e. e-mail, nurture, ABM).
  • Manage outbound e-mail campaigns.
  • Work with technology partners to understand system functionality and roadmaps.
  • Provide documentation and training to end users including guidance on best practices.
  • Some travel possible.

 

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of verifiable experience administering a corporate marketing automation solution, CRM or similar software powering marketing programs: Eloqua 10, Pardot, Salesforce.com experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, MIS or Business Administration
  • Proven experience interfacing with high-level marketing and sales executives
  • Must have a good understanding of the web and web technology (HTML, basic CSS, some JavaScript a plus) and the ability and desire to expand current technical skillset
  • Good understanding of relational data structure and basic SQL knowledge preferred
  • Experience establishing and maintaining system documentation and training materials
  • Interpersonal skills: exceptional verbal/written communication, listening, coaching and presentation skills with attention to detail
  • Organized and highly self-motivated contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment is a plus

The Demand Generation Manager position is primarily responsible for planning, designing and executing integrated demand generation programs that include online and offline elements, and tracking and reporting on the results of the programs to ensure proper measurement and lead / revenue accountability. Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement data architecture for our marketing database and work closely with Marketing Communications team to design and execute demand generation programs.
  • Manage the sales and marketing processes as project manager resposible of overall project results— must be familiar with Siebel On Premise CRM software and enterprise reporting tools.
  • Plan and develop nurturing campaigns, making strategic decisions on types of technology and marketing tools, determining segmentation and audience, and designing appropriate metrics to evaluate success, then report to the business on success and ways to improve.
  • Support the conception of metrics and KPIs process to Measure, analyze and track marketing contribution to the business. These reports and dashboards are to be used by the marketing orgaization as the strategyc compass for goal and initiative definition
  • Manage and drive enhancements to our marketing technology infrastructure to advance our marketing effectiveness and operational efficiencies
  • Mentor, teach and instruct automation users in best practices of marketing automation. Work with team on core operational processes and uses of Oracle/Eloqua and Salesforce.
  • This is a strategic position requiring a unique blend of marketing, technical and creative skills. The focus of this position is to generate demand and revenue. This person should be able to support the demand generation director on assigned projects from the beginning to the end
  • Continuously report to leadership teams on the demand generation strategy as part of go-to-market planning and measurement.

    Web and Email marketing planinig and implementation (list building & management, segmentation, expectation setting, frequency, content, CAN-SPAM, deliverability)
  • Drive optimization of the demand waterfall by working with sales operations to provide proper analytics and processes for refining the lead flow and user experience. Document best practices for campaigns and developing campaign assets. Ensure campaign quality through QA process. Create best practices templates for emails and landing pages and ensure they are used for consistency.
