I am seeking an experienced marketing operations contractor to support our greater marketing organization in building and executing automated marketing campaigns including template and asset creation. The successful candidate will have a deep love of technology, troubleshooting, and is eager to implement new systems, tools and technologies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the broader marketing team.



  • Set-up, test, execute and track email campaigns, programs, web forms and landing pages in marketing automation system
  • Manage the development and maintenance of re-usable templates
  • Develop and communicate best practices for email campaigns, A/B testing, marketing programs, landing page creation
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administrative and maintenance activities in automation platform and CRM system
  • Provide first-level support for any issues arising from Sales or Marketing and act as a “power user” for both teams answering questions and providing assistance when needed
  • Communicate and manage the escalation of issues via support channels through to resolution
  • Create documentation/how-to-guides outlining processes and developed solutions as a reference for other team members and sales
  • Create and maintain marketing team email calendars


Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or comparable degree
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a sales or marketing operations role
  • Knowledge and experience working with Marketing Automation Platforms and email marketing best practices (Eloqua Certification Preferred)
  • Experience using CRM (NetSuite desirable)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Organized and reliable, able to efficiently manage multiple tasks
  • Strong troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision under tight deadlines. Self-motivated and capable of working independently when needed.

Job Details:

●Be the primary owner of implementation, management, administration and support of the Eloqua system
●Drive Eloqua product requirements and act as the SME for Eloqua related projects

Candidate Requirements:

●3+ years of experience in Eloqua administration for an enterprise company, which involves: campaign creation, workflow creation, integration configuration, website integration, data warehouse integration, system documentation, data modeling and management, data governance
●2+ years of experience in B2B marketing and demand generation
●The ability to grasp complex issues and translate them from technical to business terms and vice versa
●Exceptional interpersonal skills focused on the ability to educate, coordinate and lead interdisciplinary teams through projects of short and long durations
●The ability to interface effectively with team members from all functional disciplines as well as senior management
●Experience with or other enterprise CRM systems
●The ability to operate in a fast paced, ever changing environment

●Eloqua or other relevant certifications a plus

  • 5 – 7 years of digital marketing experience for B2B/Enterprise businesses, either in-house or at an agency (Social, Display advertising, SEM,)
  • Proven results in developing, executing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns in support of key business objectives
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make metrics-driven recommendations to test, measure and improve programs to senior management
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Eloqua, etc.)
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Knack for displaying results in an organized and understandable fashion, specifically with a proven ability to pull out high-level, actionable learnings
