YP is currently seeking an energetic and experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Interactive Client Experiences team in our Glendale, CA office. As the Senior Technical Product Manager, you will own all implementation facets of our Eloqua marketing automation platform. You will provide oversight and governance into our integrated marketing technology solutions, including customer segmentation tools/databases, SEM programs, inquiry forms, eCommerce sites and Salesforce.com. This role will give you the ability to take ownership of the success of our marketing technology platforms and interface with cross-functional teams daily. ●Be the primary owner of implementation, management, administration and support of the Eloqua system
●Drive Eloqua product requirements and act as the SME for Eloqua related projects
●Provide oversight and governance into our integrated marketing technology solutions, including customer segmentation tools/databases, SEM programs, inquiry forms, eCommerce sites and Salesforce.com.
●Be the main point of contact for production issues resolutions
●Collaborate and work closely with the Salesforce.com, data warehouse, business partners, and other internal teams for system development and integration
●Identify gaps and develop solutions for end to end lead management process
●3+ years of experience in Eloqua administration for an enterprise company, which involves: campaign creation, workflow creation, Salesforce.com integration configuration, website integration, data warehouse integration, system documentation, data modeling and management, data governance
●2+ years of experience in B2B marketing and demand generation
●The ability to grasp complex issues and translate them from technical to business terms and vice versa
●Exceptional interpersonal skills focused on the ability to educate, coordinate and lead interdisciplinary teams through projects of short and long durations
●The ability to interface effectively with team members from all functional disciplines as well as senior management
●Experience with Salesforce.com or other enterprise CRM systems
●The ability to operate in a fast paced, ever changing environment
●Energetic, enthusiastic and driven to succeed
●Eloqua or other relevant certifications a plus
