The Marketing Automation Strategist provides best practice leadership in all areas of direct marketing – with emphasis focused on demand generation program strategies for B2B and B2C e-marketing campaigns, including acquisition, nurture, and retention techniques. Primary responsibilities include:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Creating effective campaign strategies that meet or exceed objectives
  • Developing campaign benchmarks and creating campaign playbooks
  • Creating and adhering to direct marketing and marketing automation best practices, aligning with integrated marketing strategies
  • Developing and effectively executing campaign strategies to ensure annual department revenue targets and individual campaign objectives are achieved or exceeded
  • Working with product marketing and sales to develop measurable campaign objectives
  • Developing and monitoring corporate benchmarks for campaign performance and lead generation
  • Applying best practice segmentation and customer profiling to optimize demand generation programs
  • Effectively communicate and manage key stakeholders to achieve campaign objectives

Requirements

  • B.A degree or higher
  • Demonstrated experience in Marketing Automation tool(s); Experience in Oracle Eloqua a plus
  • 3-5 years in B2B & B2C Marketing & Sales processes
  • Strong project management skills
  • Understanding of web analytics, content and data management; demonstrated proficiency in multiple lead generation tactics (email, website, direct mail, SEO, etc.)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe Suite; CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; think creatively; work with and within cross-functional global teams
