I was calling with Oracle today and want to add the discussion in this area here as well:
In the contact database the score history with start and end date is saved:
But it´s not possible to reach this history or the date values within any filter or segment. It´s only possible to check the current score within the usual filter criteria.
We are triggering a reactivaton and a reward send out related to the scores. Please let me explain the triggering:
- Rectivation: score decreases after a special period (3 months, 6 months, 12 months, over 1 year)
- Reward: score keeps in the sets either A1+A2+A3+A4 or A1-D2 for a minimum of 6 months
To trigger the 2 programs, we have created a workaround to save the scores and the related date stamps in a custom object. So there are a lot of records in the custom object, although we are only saving the previous and current score to compare the data.
All else will crash the performance of the instance.
We had a look at the listener of the new program canvas as well, but here it´s only possible to check the increasing or decreasing leads without any further details of the score itself or the start and end date, which are stored some where in the backend of the contact data.
So to avoid any workaround it would be great to have the possiblity of filtering this score activity of the contact data. It´s only a feature of implementing the possiblity to the filter and segment parts, as the tables with the data are already existing.
