Ability to View All Emails Sent to Contact

Currently in Responsys there is only the option to view transactional messages sent to a contact, I think it would be prudent to open that to all messages.  Often email teams are sent requests from customer service departments to validate if a guest got an email, and we have to then send that request to our CRM manager to pull provided tracking was enabled for the email.  I also know that Oracle acquired Bronto and that they have the ability to show the message history for a contact for say the past 30 days.
