My team recently began using Zoom to host our marketing webinars and webcasts. There is an app in the cloud that integrates Zoom with Eloqua, but it is in need of MAJOR improvement. There are registrant and attendee feeders that bring contacts into Eloqua, however, if these contacts are brand new to the database, the only information that is passed to Eloqua is First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. We'd love to score these individuals appropriately because they registered for an event, but without basic fields like "Company" and "State" data passing into Eloqua, we cannot sync the data to CRM (Salesforce), and we cannot assign the leads appropriately. We would love to see improvement with this app.
