Alexa and Google assistants were brought up as a great voice assistant to read your emails. This is great news.
The not great news is that the voice assistant read it without ever "opening" it, therefore no pixel loaded, therefore no "open" accounted for in your nice Open rate report.
These voice assistant are here to grow and keep on growing. However, not being able to track these "reads" could impact email marketing team.
So, does anyone has a workaround or idea to track contacts who "read" the email without ever opening it? or do you think ERPs will find a workaround to track these reads without opening?
