Currently when users manually terminate a CAO Court Order (with an attached EAS balance) they must check to see what balance remains in "EAS Scotland Payments_ASG_ITD" and then create a contra balance adjustment to set this balance to zero. If they do not do this then the old EAS balance is carried forward to the next EAS Court Order that may be created for the employee.
To avoid confusion and user errors, which are relatively common when managing Court Orders with EAS balances, users would prefer it if Oracle would automatically manage the EAS balances for them, perhaps by holding the balance at the element entry level? So that when the element entry is end dated processing of the balance stops?
