The salesforce.com integration app allows us to set up the synchronization with salesforce in an easier way than before.
It also offers some great options for marketeers to trigger specific actions in CRM when contacts reach a certain stage in their campaign.
There's no way however to specify which users are allowed to take which action, which (in our situation) is a bit of a problem. There's a number of actions we created to support our back end data sync between salesforce and Eloqua, but we don't want marketeers to invoke those from campaign canvas.
It would be nice if we could limit the availability of certain actions by security group.
