Good news is that the app supports multiple connections, syncing data to any Salesforce.com instance and multiple instances simultaneously.
However, it is only for syncing Lead and Contact with each other, not for Campaign Action and Campaign Response Action. As per the help center document mentioned:
- Only one campaign action can be enabled at a given time. Enabling a new action will disable an existing one. You can delete disabled actions.
- Only one campaign response action can be enabled at a given time. Enabling a new action will disable an existing one. You can delete disabled actions.
Customer's Use Case:
Along with a company acquisition, needs an extra SFDC integration upon an existing one which is used for several years already.
Customer has no way to merge them together in the meantime since the businesses are quite different between the both SFDCs.
Previously, when the partner implement other customer's case,
have implemented the case successfully by using the Native Salesforce integration module and two different Program Builders.
However, the native app is not the plan since Oracle is focusing on the new integration app instead, and the old native one should be deprecated in a near future.
this Idea would be really helpful and convenience for customers who would like to handle two different SFDC environments together as previous.
In other words, we are dreaming the statements (point 1 and 2 above) would be removed someday in future.
It's same for Oracle Sales Cloud integration app.
