How do you re-create a GL Export in Reporting & Analytics?

  • Before re-creating a GL export, Confirm there are totals posted in OHRA (MyMicros), by going to

    MyMicros – Reports – More reports – Admin reports – Daily checklist.

    If there is no information showing in the Daily Checklist, it means that there are no Fixed Period sales (FP sales) posted and this is where an investigation should begin. 


    To re-create a GL export:

    1. Go directly to the OHRA (MyMicros) portal
    2. Import/Export Maintenance
    3. Choose the relevant export
    4. Enter the start date
    5. Enter the end date
    6. Choose location or > Leave location blank to run the export for an entire organization
    7. Execute
    8. Verify export, dates, location and > Run Export

     The export will be scheduled and displayed at the bottom of the page. Once it is finished that line will no longer be visible.

     Depending on the export, confirm the date range for each run.
