Admin area - Business category upload changes

When we update the new family tree/business categories, the errors should show up clearly and the incorrect ones should appear in the UI for Admins to rectify.

If there are any which are already existing, the batch still shows completed but no errors or no message on duplications shown currently

There should be a Validation Message on UI needed if any parent is missing

There is no search function available; the only way is to take a full download from the system and do the searches offline.
