Auto-populate Allergens from Recipe Ingredients

Automatically populate responses to the spec's dietary and allergy questions based on the presence of Ingredients in the Recipe/Formulation - Auto-populate "Present in Product".

If a formula in the Recipe and Raw Materials section contains egg, the system would automatically populate/declare egg in the Allergy section and add the allergen statement information to the declaration tab in Allergy and Dietary Advice section.
