Add Recipe Row Number to Raw Materials Table

Number the lines on the Raw Materials tab to relate to recipe tab if possible. The lines carry a number on the validation for the spec - but to find the line it is a manual count.

Ideally in order to link recipe to raw materials page if line 2 on the recipe tab as 2 suppliers these would be 2.1 and 2.2 on the raw materials tab.
