This enhancement would look to understand capacity of certain roles, how many current tasks / projects a user could have, and the ability to easily scenario check if users will be at / under or over capacity given volume of activity and projects. We are forced to do this externally. Most project management and asset approval systems have this feature as standard if we were to buy off the shelf.
