Disable Contact for Disabled User

Disabling a User should de-activate the relevant Contact Record.

When a User that is also a Contact is disabled, the Contact Roles remain assigned to that Contact. This means that the e-mail address assigned to the Contact person may still receive system notifications (e.g. Alerts).
