Audit Certificate Attachment Summary

Display of Supplier Certification & Expiry Date.

As we currently using audit & visit to govern claims, it would be good for us to update to have Supplier name, certification and expiry date of certification displayed on the summary page. Currently PT need to go into each certification to check if it is attached.
