Site Contacts Reporting

If contact is added at supplier level and sites are ticked contact shows under the sites but not at site level in reporting.

By this being wrong then we can't see the contacts at site level so we are unable to use the contacts data if there was a disaster at a site location, this is business critical but also effects all of our other contact reporting.
