Can't see drug shipments even though it's part of your role? – Support FAQs Series
We're back with another post in our Support FAQ series! These are some of the most common questions our support team receives. Feel free to comment if you've encountered a similar issue.
Problem:
Recently, a customer reported that, despite having the required privileges as part of his role, he couldn't see the drug shipments to the sites.
Solution:
After verifying the status of the shipments for the corresponding site, the support team found that they had the status of "Pending". Users are unable to view shipments that have a status of "Pending" in Clinical One. Once a "Ship Date" is added, shipments will become visible to site users associated with that site.
