My Oracle Support Introductory Email

I wanted to follow-up on the subject and get you started using Oracle Support.

Here is the URL for support:

If you don’t already have an account, you can create one there.     Here is your support contract information and your customer service identifier (CSI #):

  • Support Contract Number: APKT-RN-27058
  • Customer Service Identifier: 19313417

With this information you should be able to associate your support contract with your ID.    Remember, the service expires in August of 2017, but I am almost positive that the Meridian team is working on this.
