Looks like a problem with your ALUI Directory. Check that this component is installed (comes with the webcenter Interaction installer) and running, and that your Analytics Configuration Manager is configured to point to it.
Authentication failed: Backend error (general) - Unable to retrieve the user with 'objectid' attribute = '1957'. Please verify that ALUI Directory is running and properly configured.

            Hi Ryan

            Thanks for the quick response.

in the first link shows how to connect to Alui directory, but I can connect I use uid=administator=ou=users, dc=bea, dc=com, I use de LdapBrowser, I can connect to Alui Directory, and I can see the portal users and groups.

the second link I followed all the steps, but still I have the same error.

in the scheme analyticsdb If there is data in tables, events are recorded,

            another idea

            thanks

did you run the post install scripts for analytics? also check to make sure that all parts of configuration manager are filled in like the seed values from the alui db.

If you look at the error, there appears to be a problem retrieving the object with ID 1957.
Backend error (general) - Unable to retrieve the user with 'objectid' attribute = '1957'

Try seeing if you can track that object down using your LDAP browser (against your ALUI directory) or via your portal or portal db (ptusers table). If you have trouble accessing it via the ldap browser/portal perhaps this is an indication there is a problem in the database, or there is some other form of permissions related issue with this object.

When you open the analytics console to reproduce the error, you can run the logging spy utility on the server where you have ALUI directory installed and capture a .spy log. Again, search for objectid 1957 and see what is happening. Perhaps there is trouble making a call to the database. You can also capture this .spy log at the same time for API and Analytics, and send all three to Oracle support along with your analyticsui.log (from ptanalytics/logs) for further analysis of the problem.

Also try restarting the ALI API Service, and then following that restart the ALI Directory service. The directory depends on the API service being started first, so that might be the cause of the issue.
