E11857_01 Oracle Enterprise Manager Documentation

High I have download and extracted the contence of E11857_01. I the left hand panel there was a hide navigation link which did as was expected. However how to unhide that panel.

I am on Windows Xp Sp3 IE 8.0.6001


no meantion of hide navigation in help

So can you please help me?

    I can click on "Hide Navigation" in this link then click back on "Show Navigation" with no issues -- http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11857_01/install.111/e16847/toc.htm

    I followed your link and yes the hide navigation was there and cclicking it worked BUT were am i suppossed to click to get it BACK?????

    okay on your page I found the light blue vertical strip that allows you to restore the nav pane.

    but on my downloaded page

    Enterprise Manager Documentation
    11g Release 1 (11.1) from E11857_01 (downloaded today) once hiden there is no strip and there is an error on the page


    could it be the name of the folder? I'' try changing it.

    You can get it back on the left side of screen, just move the mouse over the browser window (left side at the center) and you can show it then.

    I am on a limited allowance broadband hence where ever possible I download and view locally.

    There is nothing on the left side to click on. and I get this error

    I cannot reproduce the issue on any of my browsers so most likely this is a browser/machine issue. Have you tried to use a different browser/machine?

    Left Side navigation pane is NOT accessible from the HOME page but it works on other pages.
