It would be great if someone could share information on integration between Siebel and KANA Email Management system.
Does anyone know how do the process/email responses work once the 2 applications are integrated?
Also, can Siebel Chat be exposed to a third party/external website which is not a Siebel application? Is multi-conference allowed in Siebel Chat?
Can Siebel Co-browsing be enabled over External/Custom Self Service website?

You can have chat on an external web server on any we site (IIS, J2EE, etc).
Siebel does permit mutiple chats at the same time to a singe user (if you set the limit above 1)
The chat text is saved automatically at the end of the interaction.

You have stated that one cannot have multiple chats with the same person. But what I am looking at is having multiple persons in one chat which could be multiple agents, customer, multiple dealers/partners or any third party Business person.
Please do let me know if that is possible.
