Document all or number of specified run-time annotations

Is it possible to instruct javadoc that all run-time [1] or number of specified annotations which are not explicitly tagged as @Documented [2] get included in the generated documentation? I would really like to have the JAX-RS [3] annotations included in my javadoc.

I imagine there could be a specific option to javadoc, or may be the custom tags [4] option could be used with the fully qualified annotation name. Does it seem like writing a custom taglet [5] could do the trick?
