      HI,
I'm having problems with the new BIP integration, when I tried to Upload File in the BIP Template Registration View the logs send me this error:

I tried to put more time in the parameter BIP Report Wait Time in the System Preferences but this didn't work either

      Any Ideas?

          Hi,
Bip configuration is not an easy thing unfortunately. Which siebel version are you on? 8.x od 7.8?
Try having a look at the BIP log, what is happening there? Does it throw some Java exception or something? I know it does have problems e.g. if a template with the same name does already exist on the server ...

I have version 8.1, also I apply the REPATH issue, and yes I tried with deleting the report file in the server and upload, but not lucky,I don't really know what Oracle did, becuse it was working fine before the repatch....

              Hi,

I have the same problem, the report template is uploaded, but there is always the following error message by trying to generate the report.

SBL-SVC-00155: Es wurde keine Datei an diesen Datensatz angehängt. Hängen Sie eine Datei an.
Edit: SBL-SVC-00155: No file has been attached to this record. Please attach a file.

In our test system everything works fine, but in the production system I can't generate the report.
              Is there any solution yet?

              Thanks in advance.

                Hi all,

You must load the rtf and xliff files when registering template under BIP Template Registration View. To generate the XLIFF file in MS Word go to Translate Template -> Extract text and save it with an xlf extension.

                Hope it works
