Please send to firstname.lastname@example.org. I will let them know that your email is coming through. I will also ask them to ensure that the mail server is working properly to deliver mails to the support response email address.

Thanks for the quick reply. I tried to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org too, but the same result:

I think something is wrong with my mail. May I send an email from another address, for example, which I use to login to Oracle Support?
I've sent an email one week ago from firstname.lastname@example.org, but there is still no answer. Could you please request details from OCP team?
Email was titled "Service Request Number 23129299 Details" and was sent to email@example.com.
