I have a visual studio application that is going to be ported to Solaris. The application was first make on a UNIX platform and has the makefiles for each sub project and has been ported to AIX and Mac. My question is how can I open/create the project in Sun Studio.
It should be relatively simple - you start to create a new project, and specify that you want
to create a "C/C++/Fortran project with existing sources", then specify where the sources
are, and how to build the project. Usually we use a shell script in such case to build the
project - it allows to build it exactly the same way from command line and from the IDE.
