Is there a way to make SQL Developer to show large size of text on 1920X1080 24 monitor?
I know that I could change code editor font size but other part of screen still with funny small size of text.
It is killing my eyes!
I couldn't change resolution lower since it shows ugly letters.

The size is pretty default; on my Windows XP, menus are the same as any other application. And as you said, you can change the code size easily.
If you think something is wrong you can post a screenshot.
I've got the same problem. OSX 10.6. Developer's UI fonts are much smaller than the other UI fonts on my system. And unlike the OP, my 1920x1200 pixels are crammed into a 17" LCD!
The font size for Firefox's tabs and address bar is already pushing legibility on this system... Here's a screen shot with Firefox open to this page for comparison:
In the 3.1 preview, it looks like the query results font size is linked to the code editor font size, which is helpful. It's only the other UI elements that are still very small.
I also use Squirrel SQL, another Java-based DB client, and its fonts aren't nearly so tiny.
And it is must be adjustable, since at least once I could make the default size large while I played with resolution on my computer.
The other section of windows large size of text to match the large size that I set in the code editor. However, whenever I restart computer, it is back to normal small size.
I set windows default letter size to be 20% large than normal, all windows applications follow the rule but not java application such as SQL Developer.
