We installed informatica 9.0.1 hf2 on window 2008 R2. Yesterday we restarted our host, then informatica service automatically started from winodws service, it succeed from the status. But we could not open the administrator console page. We tried to ping port 6007, it could get through. And we also could not fine any updates to any file under "\Informatica\9.0.1\tomcat\logs". From window event viewer, we can see the service started successfully.
We have tried restarted the service many times.
But still can not open the admin page.
Can you give some help?
