Make sure you are connected with a valid My Oracle Support account, this error occurs when you use an OTN account, which isn't also known to MOS.
I don't understand.
I have one account for OTN.
The same account I use for the oracle shop.
And I can use this account for https://suppot.oracle.com
After the Login on support page I have a wizard for support requests but for the download support I need a other account?
Where I can get/make this account?
Access to MOS (https://support.oracle.com) requires a paid support contract with Oracle - if you do not have one, you cannot access this site to download patches.
