Windows user equivalence

I try to install OracleRac 11gR2 on Windows 2008 R2 x64.
I have two nodes fredwin1 and fredwin2. Each node has 2 interfaces, and in the etc/hosts it has:
192.168.223.42          fredwin1.orarac.net
192.168.223.43          fredwin2.orarac.net
192.168.224.52          fredwin1p.orarac.net
192.168.224.53          fredwin2p.orarac.net
192.168.223.62          fredwin1p-vip.orarac.net
192.168.223.63          fredwin2p-vip.orarac.net

On both nodes the administrator has the same password.
When I run the installer on node fredwin1, it gets to the node names and I have
fredwin1p.orarac.net fredwin1p-vip.orarac.net
fredwin2p.orarac.net fredwin2p-vip.orarac.net

I go to "next" and I get the error:
SEVERE: [FATAL] [INS-40913] The following nodes cannot be clustered due to user equivalence issue: fredwin1p.

I can't find a way to solve the issue.

BTW, If I do "net use \\fredwin2p\C$" I get success.
If I do "net use \\fredwin1p\C$" it fails with "incorrect password".
And I am on node fredwin1.
Any clue?
Thanks!
