Issues while migrating data from 10g  to 11g

      Hello All,

I am migrating the schema from one database to another in Oracle. below are the details:

Source DB: Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release - 64bit
      Source NLS Character set: WE8ISO8859P1

Target DB: Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release - 64bit Production
      Target NLS Character set: AL32UTF8

While migrating the data, facing the following issue:

ORA-02374: conversion error loading table "<schema_name>"."<table_name>"
ORA-12899: value too large for column NAME (actual: 41, maximum: 40)
      ORA-02372: data for row: NAME : 0X'4D6173746572566973696F6E3630303069204575726F204E20'

History: WE8ISO8859P1 is a single byte character set and AL32UTF8 is multibyte character set.

      Please provide the solution.
