Yes i found yesterday the thread apex 4.1.1 and get_session_id_from_cookie but i can't find a real workaround in it.
I wonder why wwv_flow_custom_auth_std.post_login and/or wwv_flow_custom_auth_std.get_session_id_from_cookie are changed in APEX 4.1.1 without to documenting it.
actually it's a bug in the NTML authentication sentry code when reading the cookies. It expected that the HTTP header entry for a cookie is never longer than 63 char (that seems to be the limit of htp.get_page). So in the past we just have been lucky that all the important cookie information have been before the cutoff at position 63, but the code always had a bug and never for example included the HTTPONLY flag which is set in the cookie.
As a quick workaround have you already tried to specify "F109" as cookie name in your authentication? Do you still experience the problem?
