Browser Cookie is not suppported in JRE 6 update 31?

After installing Java 6 Update 31, we found that the Browser Cookie behaviour (e.g. ASPSESSION) is changed when Next Generation Plug-in is disabled. While Java APPLET sends a HTTP-request to application server, browser cookie is dropped and doesn't send back to server.

Cookie "such as ASPSESSION" is important in order to maintain session between browser and application server. If such information is dropped, embedded applet and web browser can't work in a common user session. Use session is broken.
