    Cannot register machine with ULN

      This seems like a silly problem, but I cannot register the machine. It seems so basic.

      I run rln_register -v and I get this:

      An error has occurred:
      Invalid username or password. To register for an account, see http://linux.oracle.com/register

      Contents of var/log/up2date
      File "/usr/share/rhn/up2date_client/tui.py", line 455, in run
      valid = self.validateFields()
      File "/usr/share/rhn/up2date_client/tui.py", line 428, in validateFields
      self.tui.alreadyRegistered = rhnreg.reserveUser(self.userNameEntry.value(), self.passwordEntry.value(), self.csiEntry.value())
      File "/usr/share/rhn/up2date_client/rhnreg.py", line 255, in reserveUser
      return s.registration.reserve_user(username, password, csi)
      File "/usr/share/rhn/up2date_client/rhnserver.py", line 52, in __call__
      raise self.__exception_from_fault(f)
      up2date_client.up2dateErrors.AuthenticationTicketError: Invalid username or password.  To register for an account, see http://linux.oracle.com/register

      Now, I know what you are thinking: you are using an incorrect password/csi number. This is not the case. I put everything into a plain text file so I could copy and paste it to eliminate this problem. I believe that my CSI number is not associated with my account. How can I call someone or get someone to call me to verify that my account is associated correctly. This is incredibly frustrating and would not be the first time that this has happened to someone in our organization.

      Thank you.
