we have istore module enabled for the customer and we are using express check out for order submission from istore to order management. we understand that ASO submit order will import the orders from istore to Order management through express check out program. But in order to see if any of the orders are stuck due to some issues while importing the order into order management.
Is there any form or screen which shows the orders that are stuck and have interface errors.
Pls help us .it would really appreciated if you can reply as soon as possible.
iStore uses Order Capture APIs to communicate with Order Management. If an order import failed, the API would return an error back to iStore. You need to capture the error in the calling application.
