    You run the REMOVE_STREAMS_CONFIGURATION procedure in the DBMS_STREAMS_ADM package to remove a Streams configuration at the local database.

    http://docs.oracle.com/cd/B14117_01/server.101/b10727/man_adva.htm#1009845

    and for individual process try this guide

    Hi ,

    for remove the steams process

    you have to drop the stramadm users on source and destination database.
    Note:
    no need to drop the tablespace of strmadmin user because while you reconfigure then you can use the existing tablespace the same and important thing is that if you drop the tablespace then it will invalidate the internal schema of log miner so when you again try to configure the streaming you stuckup
    the same.

    you have to follow the below cmds in source as well as destination database

    stop the apply and capture process

    connect / as sysdba

    execute DBMS_STREAMS_ADM.REMOVE_STREAMS_CONFIGURATION();

    drop user strmadmin cascade;

    check the following view and confirm all views are empty.

    SELECT * FROM sys.streams$_process_params;
    SELECT * FROM sys.streams$_rules;
    Capture
    SELECT * FROM sys.streams$_capture_process;
    Apply
    SELECT * FROM sys.streams$_apply_process;
    SELECT * FROM sys.streams$_apply_milestone;
    SELECT * FROM sys.streams$_apply_progress;

    Thanks and Regards
