    Command line only installation?

    924434
It has been a few years since I've done hands on directory work so pardon my "naivete" if it shows.... Years ago I installed the Netscape/iPlanet directory on Windows, Solaris and Linux. I did it totally via command line which was placed in scripts so there was no human interference in the installation. I am not finding command line only installtion documented readily for DSEE.

Can someone direct me to the doc where I can read up on installation via command line? I'd prefer an *ix implementation but a Windows version may be advantageous down the road.  Either way, I'd anticipate the configuration to be similiar or the same.

      TIA

          Hi Rich,
this is the Installation Guide of ODSEE 11.1.1.5 (11gR1PS1):

          http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E20295_01/html/821-1218/install-dsee-zip.html#gentextid-1211

If you're installing it on Windows, remember to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86).
